   * New upstream release. Highlights from the release notes:
     - gen_system_runlevel got some work to probe existing services when
     migrating from sysvinit.
     - Fixed hot-reload
     - ngc -L is now more beautiful
     - Lots of bugfixing
     - Ability to choose runlevel again with grub runlevel:
     - New .i parser syntax, more hard, and requires a ';'
     - i_parser generates niceer errors
   * Should be fully compatible to Ubuntu now - no more changes needed
   * More stuff I don't remember
