You can't just see the code here - you'll have to check it out. Use bzr, preferably at least version 1.5, for this.
To do that with eg. the NgoMembers subproject, do:
$ bzr get nosmart+http://bzr.debian.org/on-ngo-members/archive/NgoMembers NgoMembers
